  16. More than four years after he shot a black motorcyclist to death
  17. in an event that prompted days of bitter race riots in Miami,
  18. Officer Lozano was acquitted of all charges by an Orlando jury.
  19. The verdict followed an earlier conviction that had been overturned
  20. on appeal.
